Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join a large, enterprise‑level product team. The ideal candidate is a strong full‑stack engineer with hands‑on experience leveraging Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and participating in production support for large, complex systems.
This role requires deep troubleshooting expertise, strong front‑end and back‑end development skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment within a highly visible product area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance full‑stack applications using .NET, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
Troubleshoot complex issues and utilize APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk) to ensure system performance and reliability.
Participate in ongoing production support, including root‑cause analysis and performance optimization.
Support a large, enterprise-scale product team working on internal platform.
Ensure adherence to required enterprise controls and compliance checks prior to production deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in an Agile development environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Experience in Software Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET development.
Proven front‑end development skills using React, Angular, and/or JavaScript.
Practical experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk Observability.
Strong proficiency with SQL Server and relational database development.
Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Background supporting large platforms and participating in production support activities.
Experience developing in a Kubernetes environment. (preferred)
Hands‑on Python programming skills. (preferred)
Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. (preferred)
Strong background in production support and operational troubleshooting.
Experience with GenAI technologies or AI‑enabled development. (preferred)
Familiarity with Financial Services or other highly regulated environments. (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a large, distributed team.
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
