Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, define, and deliver impactful product features.
• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and web interfaces with React.js.
• Create robust backend services and APIs leveraging Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, including product discovery, user feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Ensure exceptional code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to technical planning and strategy, establishing best practices for development, scalability, and performance.
• Stay ahead of technological advancements and bring fresh ideas to the table as the industry evolves.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent proven experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack or product-focused development.
• Proven proficiency in Dart with Flutter for mobile app development.
• Advanced skills in React.js with modern JavaScript/TypeScript for web development.
• Solid backend engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, and creating RESTful APIs.

Skills & Preferred Knowledge:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of emerging tools like GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets is a plus.
• Strong commitment to building intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable products.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
