Summary:
The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate servicing and maintenance of commercial loan transactions throughout the life of the loan, in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role supports post-closing loan activities, customer and account modifications, rebookings, and purchased receivables management while ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Service and maintain commercial loan transactions in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Process customer and client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables transactions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan data throughout the life cycle of the transaction.
Coordinate with internal partners to resolve servicing issues and meet stringent deadlines.
Provide responsive, professional customer service while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Analyze loan documentation and system data to identify discrepancies and ensure proper setup and maintenance.
Utilize loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office tools to track, reconcile, and report on loan activity.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all servicing activities.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Loan IQ experience strongly preferred.
BS/BA degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another related business field.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professionalism when interacting with team members and management at all levels.
Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and build effective customer relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
