What You’ll Be Doi

• ngManaging a portfolio of residential properties across the Pittsburgh are
• a.Spending approximately 75% of your time on-site inspecting properties and 25% in the office completing administrative task
• s.Conducting regular property inspections to proactively identify maintenance or compliance issue
• s.Managing rent collections, payment plans, arrears, and lease enforcemen
• t.Handling lease violations professionally while maintaining positive resident relationship
• s.Managing the full tenant lifecycle, including applications, screening, lease signings, renewals, move-ins, and move-out
• s.Completing move-in, move-out, and routine unit inspection
• s.Overseeing maintenance priorities and ensuring work is completed to a high standar
• d.Monitoring local rental market trends and recommending pricing strategie
• s.Maintaining accurate records using property management softwar
• e.Reporting on property performance, collections, and resident matters to senior leadershi
