Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel is a requirement for this position)
Salary: $90,00 - $110,000 benefits & expenses
Our client is an award winning general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.
They are on the lookout for an experienced commercial Assistant Superintendent who will be moving into a Superintendent position towards the end of the year to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate is a real leader in the field with commercial construction experience who is happy to travel.

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Interior Build Out/TI, ground up, renovation and remodeling experience.
