Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and closeout activities.
- Collaborate with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project team members.
- Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Criteria
- 3–5 years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and project delivery
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor relationship
