The Opportunity
You will advise on and negotiate software, technology, and content licensing agreements, along with development and professional services arrangements. The role also includes support for strategic transactions, including M and A and equity financing matters, through transaction agreement support and contract and intellectual property due diligence. This is an office based position in San Francisco.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 3rd to 6th year Technology Transactions Associate Attorney with:
- 3 to 6 years of associate experience with strong intellectual property law knowledge
- Experience drafting and negotiating software, technology, and content licensing agreements
- Experience with development and professional services agreements
- Experience supporting M and A or equity financing transactions, including drafting support and contract and intellectual property due diligence
- Bar admission in at least one United States jurisdiction, with California preferred
