- Daily production scheduling and coordination between departments. Production, Packaging and Shipping Departments.
- HACCP Coordinator - manage and oversee all tasks related to HACCP.
- SSOP Management - Oversee all SSOP Policies and procedure and make sure the plant is in Sanitary conditions at all times.
- Staff Management - Establish work schedules - Supervise Staff - Monitor and Evaluate performance - Recruitment and placement of required staff.
- Quality Control
- Raw Materials Purchasing - Beef & Pork - Natural & Artificial Casings - Packaging Materials
- Ability to operate equipment in a backup capacity and training of operators when necessary.
- BA Degree in Operations Management or Equivalent
- Industry relevant production experience
