Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial discovery calls with new and existing clients to define project objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative design team to conceptualize unique trade show exhibits and branded environments.
- Oversee projects from concept through fabrication, logistics, installation, and dismantle.
- Review proposals to ensure all client requirements are fully captured and addressed.
- Estimate and manage project costs, including labor, materials, rentals, fabrication, and vendor services, ensuring profitability.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, design, graphics, production, warehouse, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and subcontractors for fabrication and installation.
- Utilize ERP systems and project scheduling tools to track costs, timelines, and project reporting.
- Lead and mentor project staff, contractors, and vendors to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety compliance.
- Manage project closeout processes, ensuring clients receive a complete and professional handoff.
- 8-10 years of project management experience in trade show exhibits, events, experiential marketing, or specialty fabrication.
- Proven success managing large-scale, deadline-driven projects for high-profile clients.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, scheduling, and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong leadership style - strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- PMP certification or Six Sigma experience.
- Knowledge of automation, digital fabrication, or advanced manufacturing.
