Crane operators needed, NCCCO Friction Crane Operator to operate a Link-Belt 238 (140-ton) or similar crane for multiple projects located in Boise, Idaho and Utah. This position offers the potential for long-term, permanent employment following completion of the current projects.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-owned cranes in accordance with all safety and operational standards.
- Perform daily and monthly maintenance and inspections of assigned equipment.
- Interpret and follow all industry-recognized hand signals and rigging practices.
- Experience in pile driving operations.
- Experience operating the following equipment preferred:
- 218A Link-Belt
- 5100 American
- Soilmec 120 Duty Cycle
- Hydraulic cranes (40-200 ton) including Tadano Mantis telecrawlers
- Must have prior experience as a Friction Crane Operator.
- NCCCO Certification required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to access all areas of a construction site and work in varying climates and environments.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to rely on experience and sound judgment to plan and complete tasks.
- Dedicated, dependable, and hardworking.

- Valid NCCCO certification or equivalent (required)
