What You'll Do
- Lead and assist in fabricating and assembling stone products for countertops, walls, fireplaces, and more.
- Operate CNC fabrication equipment and perform edging and finishing work.
- Conduct digital templating and ensure precise layouts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste and maintain budgets.
- Work closely with shop staff, installers, and templating crews.
- 3 years' experience as a Granite Shop Foreman or Fabricator.
- Hands-on experience with CNC fabrication equipment and Park Industries Saber Jet XP (or similar).
- Strong skills in digital templating and installation.
- Detail-oriented, problem solver, and team player.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
