- Experience taking and defending depositions - depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts
- Trial experience: first chair trial experience on commercial matters (parties suing one another concerning contracts, business disputes, etc.) (plaintiff or defendant)
- A commitment to work within our Frisco office - living nearby is a plus; this is not a remote role
- Experience in Texas state court; some federal court work is helpful, but not a requirement
- Licensed in Texas
- Experience working directly with business clients
- Labor & employment experience a plus, but not required
Salary : $165,000 - $180,000
