Growing multi-state defense litigation firm, Holden Litigation, is seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for meaningful case responsibility and real courtroom experience.
Our firm handles complex litigation across a variety of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil & gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage.
We are looking for a motivated attorney with 7 years of defense litigation experience, with insurance defense strongly preferred, who is ready to take ownership of cases and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle written discovery, depositions (take/defend), and motion practice
• Attend hearings, mediations, and participate in trial preparation
• Evaluate liability and damages, and provide strategic case assessments
• Deliver timely, thorough reporting and analysis to clients
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Minimum 7 years of defense litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
• Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation
• Ability to evaluate exposure and provide timely, substantive reporting
• Driven, detail-oriented, and trial-minded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
