LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Schedule: Hybrid
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
Holden Litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Oklahoma City office. This position is ideal for a highly organized, dependable professional who can independently support multiple defense litigation matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases and competing deadlines. This individual takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, maintains confidentiality, and remains composed under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of defense litigation
• Manage and organize multiple active case files simultaneously
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Assist with e-discovery collection, organization, review, and production
• Request, organize, summarize, and maintain medical, employment, and other case-related records
• Review and redact confidential and privileged documents
• Identify, research, and assist with vetting expert witnesses
• Conduct background searches and other case-related research
• Prepare materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Assist with trial exhibits, witness materials, timelines, and trial presentation preparation
• Maintain case deadlines, calendars, and electronic files
• Complete accurate billing and time-entry requirements
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and other members of the litigation team
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of five years of defense litigation experience required
• Two or more years of insurance defense experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with OnCue or comparable trial-presentation software
• Familiarity with Clio is beneficial
• Experience using LexisNexis or a comparable legal-research platform
• Experience with e-discovery, records review, document redaction, expert research, mediation, and trial preparation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and deadline-management abilities
• Ability to exercise discretion and work with confidential information
