Small but technologically advanced boutique law practice is seeking an Associate Attorney (landlord-tenant law or community association / condominium law)
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, including pleadings, hearings and trial litigation.
Provide legal counsel in interpreting and drafting contracts, covenants and corporate bylaws related to community association law.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.
Maintain client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Connecticut.
Proven experience in landlord-tenant law or community association / condominium law a must .
Courtroom experience, including hearings and trials helpful.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
