We are working with a respected law firm to place a Litigation Attorney in their Personal Injury Litigation Division based in Layton, Utah. This opportunity is ideal for an Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice, looking to further develop their litigation skills within a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing litigation matters from case preparation through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, deposition preparation, and trial support. The role requires strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills, along with the ability to effectively represent and advocate for clients. Attorneys in this role are expected to actively contribute to the firm's mission of providing exceptional legal representation while maintaining a strong commitment to client care and professional integrity.

Key Qualifications
- Active Utah Bar license (required).
- Experience in civil litigation or personal injury law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
- Trial and deposition experience preferred.
- Proficient in legal research tools (Lexis, Westlaw).
- Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to travel for work-related activities
- Experience with ADR processes, motion practice, and trial
