We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with a background in Property & Casualty and Excess & Surplus lines to join a growing team-focused environment. This role will work closely with independent retail agencies to develop new business opportunities, evaluate risks, and place coverage with carrier partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail insurance agents and carrier partners
- Review submissions, analyze exposures, and develop coverage solutions for clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and coverage options with markets and underwriting partners
- Manage new and renewal business while ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand business production
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale brokerage, MGA, or carrier underwriting
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and E&S markets
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Active P&C license required; E&S license is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
