Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Order and manage parts inventory as needed for repairs and maintenance. Collaborate with other team members to complete repairs efficiently and effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar mechanical role. Strong knowledge of trailer systems including brakes, electrical wiring, suspension, and hydraulics. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various weather conditions. Work Environment This position involves working in a garage or outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions.
