Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead for our Second Shift operations in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team to achieve operational goals efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of second shift production team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage conflict.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work the second shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree is a plus.
