Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cone Line to join our team in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations on the cone line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the cone line team to meet production goals.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor equipment operation and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and safety awareness.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing-related education preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
