Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize territory potential.
- Maintain and expand the existing customer base through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Gather market intelligence regarding industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Provide initial product training and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase awareness and drive product utilization.
- Represent the client at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Proven track record of success in B2B, medical device or capital equipment sales.
- Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in a competitive environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
