The Role
You will be the on-site project lead, responsible for delivering multiple building integrations from start to finish.
Hybrid setup:
- 3 days on-site across Boston site projects
- 2 days WFH (planning, coordination, reporting)
What You will Do:
- Own full project delivery from mobilisation through commissioning
- Manage subcontractors (primarily electricians), ensuring quality, safety, and timelines
- Lead panel startup, point-to-point commissioning, and system validation
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and multiple live projects
- Act as the primary client contact during delivery
- Ensure successful integration between building systems and platform
You will typically manage:
8-10 projects in your pipeline
3-5 active installs at any one time
What is Essential
- Project management experience within BAS / controls / HVAC
- Subcontractor management experience in the field
- Strong BMS/BAS controls background
- Hands-on commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Niagara experience is beneficial, not essential.
