The Role
Lead mechanical construction projects while mentoring a team of Project Managers, with the opportunity to step into a Director position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end mechanical construction projects.
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 4 Project Managers.
Oversee project financials, performance, and delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful outcomes.
Skills & Experience
10–15 years’ experience with a mechanical contractor.
Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle.
Proven leadership and team development ability.
Experience with Sage, Procore, and Stratus.
