The Role
Lead a ~$15M service and automation division (~30 employees), with full responsibility for operations, team leadership, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage division P&L.
- Lead service, automation, sales, and admin teams.
- Drive growth and operational performance.
- Ensure high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years in BMS service, controls, or similar.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong financial and operational expertise.
- Client-facing and communication skills.
