About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, process-oriented leader to oversee installation operations for a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of PropTech and climate innovation. In this role, you will manage the full installation lifecycle of our systems across North America, lead a high-performing technical team, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product evolution and company growth. This position reports directly to the COO.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously improve installation and hardware commissioning operations.
- Build and manage a scalable installation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast installation revenue and ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a regional team of installation engineers and subcontractors.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships, including electricians, controls vendors, and equipment suppliers.
- Coordinate supplier logistics and manage material delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, margin, timeline, and contract requirements.
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout the installation process.
- Work with internal teams to establish technical standards, integration processes, and hardware specifications.
- Support seamless site handoff to service delivery teams.
- Drive a performance-focused culture built on accountability, coaching, and KPIs.
- Contribute to organizational strategy, including future service and geographic expansion.
- Identify product and service improvement opportunities based on field insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of relevant electrical and/or mechanical installation experience.
- 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, building systems, or energy-efficiency technology.
- Background in client-facing or customer-driven roles.
- Familiarity with real estate operations or building infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of achieving performance targets.
- Passion for clean technology, sustainability, and impactful innovation.

Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
