We’re looking for a BAS Sales Manager to prospect, generate, and secure new business across the Orlando and Central Florida market. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth in BAS service, retrofit, and controls solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for BAS service agreements, retrofits, and new controls projects.
- Meet with facility managers, contractors, and engineers to assess needs.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and scopes of work.
- Close deals and meet revenue/margin targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and CRM activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or mechanical contracting.
- Strong new-business development skills.
- Ability to discuss BAS/HVAC systems with customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
