Account Executive – Building Automation & HVAC Sales | Albany, NY
$120K–$200K (Base Commission)

You’ll play a key role in driving growth, developing lasting client relationships, and delivering innovative, energy-efficient building solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with K–12 and institutional clients.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to develop accurate proposals and estimates.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility leaders on system design and integration.
- Manage a mix of capital and service projects, from small retrofits to large-scale installations.
What You Bring
- 3 years of proven success in HVAC or Building Automation sales.
- Ability to walk through buildings, assess scope, and create detailed proposals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of controls systems and HVAC equipment.
- (Bonus) Experience with EcoStruxure or similar platforms.
