Work Schedule: This role might transition into a later shift of 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM. Candidates who are comfortable with a later start time and able to support evening operational coordination will be preferred.
This position, within the logistics division of our business, offers significant upward mobility and ample opportunities for professional growth in a critical area of both our organization and the broader Supply Chain / Logistics industry. The role will also support the rollout and ongoing operations of a new internal initiative focused on self-operated fulfillment channels, providing exposure to new operational processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Note: While related experience is a plus, we have a comprehensive system, training, and mentorship in place. Candidates with a strong interest, even without prior experience, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting day-to-day coordination of logistics and fulfillment operations
- Assisting with operational tasks related to new self-operated channel initiatives
- Serving as a liaison between customers, logistics platforms, and internal teams
- Preparing order shipment documentation and handling order exceptions
- Coordinating dispatching and routing activities
- Following up with internal departments, clients, and operational platforms to ensure timely issue resolution
Key soft skills required include strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining excellent work ethic. Due to the nature of the position, bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
