You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Department responsibilities include procurement, work order management, reimbursement applications, vendor liason and more. Instead, we’re looking for someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, pays close attention to detail, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, thrives under pressure, and keeps multiple stakeholders informed and aligned.
*Due to the nature of the position, 100% onsite and bilingual English Mandarin Chinese is required.
