Warehouse Administration Supervisor is responsible for warehouse sourcing and leasing, supplier development and management, safety and asset oversight, regulatory compliance coordination, and regional administrative team leadership. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and secure warehouse operations across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Sourcing & Leasing
- Coordinate warehouse site selection, evaluation, lease negotiation, and contract administration
- Conduct feasibility analysis and support warehouse expansion projects
- Track lease terms, renewal timelines, and landlord communications
Supplier Development & Procurement
- Develop, onboard, and audit regional suppliers for construction projects and bulk materials, including forklifts, racking systems, MRO consumables, electronic equipment, network/power infrastructure, and insurance services
- Manage supplier performance, pricing negotiations, and periodic evaluations
- Maintain a qualified vendor pool and drive cost optimization initiatives
Safety, Assets & Facilities Management
- Coordinate safety programs, asset inventory control, and preventive equipment maintenance
- Oversee warehouse security systems, fire protection inspections, and network monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report operational abnormalities; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans
Compliance & Government Relations
- Manage relationships with local government agencies and external partners
- Support HQ in regional implementation of product compliance inspections, tax and regulatory updates, and insurance/resale policies
- Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, and infringement cases
- Ensure full compliance of warehouse operations with local laws and company policies
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the regional administrative team, including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning
- Establish SOPs and improve administrative efficiency across sites
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university (BA/BS)
- 3 years of management experience in logistics, distribution centers, warehousing, or manufacturing environments
- Experience in procurement, vendor negotiation, and public/government relations
- Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills
- Familiarity with facilities, safety, and compliance processes in warehouse operations
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
$80,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
