What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations in sales and product management teams.
- Participate in a 2-month rotation training program to gain exposure to multiple functions and build cross-departmental skills.
- Learn to analyze market and customer data to support business decision-making.
- Handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with teams across the US and internationally
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation: Within the last 3 years (recent graduates or near-graduates).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US; familiarity with US culture is a plus.
- Language Skills:
▪️Native-level English fluency (both written and spoken)；
▪️Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is required;
▪️Strong written Chinese skills are a plus.
- Education: Relevant majors preferred (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Core Competencies:
▪️Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently；
