Role Description
This on-site Management Trainee internship role is based in Jacksonville, FL. The Management Trainee will support day-to-day marketing and operations activities, including assisting with campaign planning, tracking project timelines, and coordinating internal and client communications. This role will help with collecting and organizing data, preparing reports or presentations, and contributing to brainstorming sessions for new initiatives. The Management Trainee will shadow team members across departments to learn core business processes, attend meetings, and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to both client-facing and internal management responsibilities.
