- Build and manage the daily schedule
- Assign technicians based on skill, urgency, and location
- Communicate throughout the day to clear roadblocks
- Deliver proactive updates to clients
- Adjust quickly when emergencies arise
- Track daily KPIs and protect productivity
- Support next-day readiness and after-hours flow
- Work closely with Service Managers, Install, & Client Experience teams
