What You Will Own

You won't just "book calls." You will control the flow of the entire day.

Your mission is simple: Right tech. Right job. Right time. Every time.

You will:

• Build and manage the daily schedule
• Assign technicians based on skill, urgency, and location
• Communicate throughout the day to clear roadblocks
• Deliver proactive updates to clients
• Adjust quickly when emergencies arise
• Track daily KPIs and protect productivity
• Support next-day readiness and after-hours flow
• Work closely with Service Managers, Install, & Client Experience teams

This role is for someone who finds clarity in complexity.

Who This Is For

• Has 1-2 years of dispatch or coordination experience
• Stays calm under pressure
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Understands home-services work (HVAC/electrical/plumbing preferred)
• Learns software quickly
• Juggles multiple priorities with accuracy
• Values speed, service, and order

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $18/hr to $27/hr depending on experience plus spiffs with a clear path to $56k/year

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, some weekend days
