About the Team:
Join a well-established professional services organization undergoing a major HR technology transformation. This team is investing heavily in modernizing HR systems and building scalable reporting and integration capabilities across the business.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead HRIS projects, integrations, and system enhancements end-to-end
• Support an enterprise HCM transformation and future-state HR tech roadmap
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced HR reporting solutions
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to improve workflows and data integrity
• Drive system integrations, automation, and process optimization initiatives
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as a trusted systems owner for ongoing HR technology improvements
Core Tech & Skills:
• HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or similar HCM systems
• Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise
• HR systems integrations and reporting
• HR data management and analytics
• System implementation and upgrade experience
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
