Role: Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & CRM Platforms

What You’ll Do:
• Own product strategy and roadmap execution across Salesforce and CRM platforms
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive improvements across sales operations, customer engagement, and workflow automation
• Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories
• Lead discovery efforts using customer feedback, analytics, and market insights
• Prioritize features and investments to maximize user impact and business value
• Mentor product peers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing product culture
Core Tech & Skills:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce APIs, integrations, and Lightning Platform
• AppExchange ecosystem and CRM platform customization
• Agile product delivery and roadmap management
