Key Responsibilities:
• Manage billing, attorney time entry, expense reporting, and reimbursements
• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative materials
• Support client intake and conflict check processes
• Assist with litigation-related administrative tasks, including e-filing
• Collaborate with administrative teams and provide backup support as needed
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of legal administrative or legal assistant experience
• Prior law firm experience required
• Strong billing, time entry, and expense reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-filing and legal support systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
Preferred:
• College degree
• Additional litigation support experience
• Advanced Excel skills
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
