What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Information System Administrator position at Richard, Wayne & Roberts?
Seeking an HRIS Administrator to support the HR technology stack. I'm looking for 3 HRIS Administrators that will focus on Reporting/Security or Integrations or Time Tracking. This is to support post implementations in Workday.
- Monitor integrations between Workday and third-party vendors (benefits providers, payroll systems, etc.), identifying and resolving data or processing errors.
- Manage business processes, workflows, and security roles in compliance with internal controls and data governance policies.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and validations of employee and organizational data.
- Partner with HRIS team and business stakeholders to evaluate new Workday functionality and releases; test and deploy system updates and enhancements
Location: Arlington, VA, 100% onsite (Relocation assistance provided within US)
