A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to lead large format retail construction projects in support of a prominent national big box retail client.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large scale ground up retail projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules and drive performance on aggressive timelines
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and execution
- Provide executive level reporting and project updates
What You Bring
- Construction management experience
- Proven experience leading large scale projects
- Background in retail, big box, warehouse, or distribution center projects preferred
- Experience with ground up construction
Travel
- Projects primarily across the Southeast and Northeast
