π Location: Remote with Travel in Tennessee OR Pennsylvania
A fast growing, high energy drive-thru brand is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of modular new store builds across a rapidly expanding footprint.
What You Will Do
β’ Manage multiple modular construction projects from pre construction through turnover
β’ Partner with site supervisors to oversee daily jobsite activity, sequencing, and execution
β’ Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and key deliverables
β’ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects moving
β’ Support utility coordination, modular delivery, crane scheduling, and installation activities
β’ Monitor quality control standards across all builds and ensure brand consistency
β’ Assist with RFIs, submittals, job documentation, and reporting
β’ Identify risks to cost, scope, or schedule and help drive proactive solutions
β’ Ensure smooth project closeout and operational turnover
What You Bring
β’ Experience in ground up construction, retail builds, site development, or modular construction preferred
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
β’ Excellent communication skills with a field focused leadership style
β’ Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field/experience preferred
