🚧 Assistant Project Manager
📍 Location: Remote with Travel in Tennessee OR Pennsylvania
A fast growing, high energy drive-thru brand is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of modular new store builds across a rapidly expanding footprint.
What You Will Do
• Manage multiple modular construction projects from pre construction through turnover
• Partner with site supervisors to oversee daily jobsite activity, sequencing, and execution
• Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and key deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects moving
• Support utility coordination, modular delivery, crane scheduling, and installation activities
• Monitor quality control standards across all builds and ensure brand consistency
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, job documentation, and reporting
• Identify risks to cost, scope, or schedule and help drive proactive solutions
• Ensure smooth project closeout and operational turnover
What You Bring
• Experience in ground up construction, retail builds, site development, or modular construction preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
• Excellent communication skills with a field focused leadership style
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field/experience preferred
