This role is responsible for developing and implementing advanced quality assurance and quality control methodologies to address complex manufacturing challenges, improve process capability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position also supports production issue resolution, customer complaint investigations, and cross-functional operational excellence efforts.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing advanced quality assurance and quality control methodologies to address complex manufacturing challenges, improve process capability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position also supports production issue resolution, customer complaint investigations, and cross-functional operational excellence efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and quality-related issues within a manufacturing environment.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methodologies.
- Develop monitoring systems for critical process variables and product performance characteristics.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities with emphasis on product quality impact assessments.
- Track and report key quality metrics including process capability, corrective actions, and complaint trends.
- Lead quality-related projects and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
- Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and work instructions aligned with operational excellence initiatives.
- Support environmental, health, safety, and quality management systems in accordance with applicable industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment; automotive or highly regulated industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
- SPC/SQC methodologies
- Root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Manufacturing process controls
- ISO compliance and quality systems
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
