Operational Leadership
- Oversee all operational aspects of midstream assets, including pipelines and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Direct and coordinate diverse teams including engineers, operators, mechanics, and technical specialists.
- Establish KPIs to maximize throughput, minimize risk, manage costs, and drive workforce effectiveness.
- Manage both O&M and capital budgets, supporting investment decisions and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Drive operational efficiencies, implement process improvements, and leverage data to optimize performance.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand asset utilization and customer engagement.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
- Collaborate with engineering on project design, construction, and maintenance to support long-term goals.
- Foster a strong safety culture and motivate teams to exceed performance goals.
- Develop talent, mentor future leaders, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
