Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all operational aspects of midstream assets, including pipelines and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Direct and coordinate diverse teams including engineers, operators, mechanics, and technical specialists.
• Establish KPIs to maximize throughput, minimize risk, manage costs, and drive workforce effectiveness.
• Manage both O&M and capital budgets, supporting investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  
  

Entrepreneurial & Strategic Impact

• Drive operational efficiencies, implement process improvements, and leverage data to optimize performance.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand asset utilization and customer engagement.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.

Education & Certifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
