Manager, Customer Experience – Shopper Marketing

About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Customer Experience – Shopper Marketing to help drive innovative, insight-led marketing programs across key digital retail partners. In this role, you’ll support go-to-market strategies, develop customer-focused campaigns, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact activations that increase engagement and revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day marketing efforts across key digital accounts
- Support go-to-market planning, pitch decks, and campaign recaps
- Partner with internal teams (brand, media, insights, commercial) to develop customer-centric programs
- Identify opportunities to enhance visibility for new releases and catalog content across platforms
- Execute innovative shopper marketing activations that drive engagement and conversion
- Oversee marketing asset delivery, including creative, merchandising, and metadata
- Track campaign performance and deliver insights to optimize future programs
- Participate in regular partner meetings and help present new initiatives
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing, or digital/media marketing
- Experience working with digital platforms (streaming, e-commerce, or digital retail)
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience and consumer behavior
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and working with external partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with creative tools is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in entertainment, media, or digital content industries
- Exposure to lifecycle or promotional marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with transactional or streaming ecosystems (EST, VOD, SVOD)
