We’re partnering with a globally recognized entertainment company that delivers premium film and television content to audiences across digital platforms worldwide. They are seeking a Director of Shopper Marketing to lead high-impact digital retail campaigns and drive revenue growth across key partners.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, digital commerce, and content distribution, owning the strategy and execution of campaigns that connect audiences with top-tier entertainment across major platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead shopper marketing strategy across key digital retail and streaming partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new releases, ensuring strong visibility and performance across platforms
- Build integrated marketing programs that drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
- Partner closely with internal teams including brand marketing, media, sales, analytics, and creative to ensure seamless execution
- Act as a key point of contact for external platform partners, aligning on strategy, promotions, and opportunities
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies
- Identify and test new promotional opportunities, merchandising tactics, and innovative campaign approaches
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing, or customer marketing
- Strong understanding of digital retail ecosystems, eCommerce, or streaming platforms
- Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Experience managing or partnering with external platforms, retailers, or distribution partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
