About The Role
The Director of Digital Marketing, Americas is the primary regional leader responsible for the operational success and commercial impact of our digital ecosystem. While global platforms and transformation roadmaps are established by the Global Center of Excellence (COE), this role is the critical bridge that ensures those tools are effectively deployed, localized, and optimized to drive growth across the Americas. You will lead the regional execution of an end-to-end digital strategy, ensuring that every global capability is leveraged to its full potential to improve the lives of people living with diabetes.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$192,000-$288,000

Regional Activation & Operational Excellence
- Bridge Strategy to Execution: Lead the regional adoption and execution of digital strategies, ensuring paid media, social, and automated channels are tailored to the nuances of the Americas market.
- Operationalize the Stack: Manage the regional implementation and day-to-day performance of the enterprise stack. You ensure regional teams are fully utilizing marketing automation tools.
- Streamline Local Workflows: Define and optimize the regional processes required to feed content, data, and campaigns into global platforms, maximizing speed-to-market and efficiency.
- Measure Impact: Establish regional KPIs and success metrics that align with global standards. You will track and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing the region with a clear view of ROI and business impact.
- Feedback Loop to Global: Act as the voice for the Americas, providing structured feedback and data-driven insights to influence future global enhancements and roadmaps.
- Actionable Analytics: Turn regional performance data into optimization strategies, ensuring that digital tactics are continuously refined to meet local patient and provider needs.
- Global-to-Regional Liaison: Maintain a high-cadence partnership with the Global Digital COE to ensure regional alignment on roadmaps, compliance, and metric definitions.
- Commercial Integration: Partner with regional Sales and Product leadership to ensure digital activities are tightly integrated with commercial goals and local product launches.
- Knowledge Scaling: Foster a culture of excellence within the Americas region, ensuring global best practices are shared, understood, and scaled across local teams.

- Matrix Navigation: Proven ability to drive results in a "Global/Regional" model where tools and strategy are centralized, but execution is localized.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in Medical Device or Life Sciences, particularly within the Diabetes therapeutic area.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales orientation and experience partnering with field-based sales forces.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR and the complexities of digital marketing in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
