  • Establish clear governance, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards for MSP-delivered services
  • Ensure MSP execution adheres to enterprise policies, security standards, and asset governance controls
  • Continuously optimize the sourcing strategy to improve efficiency, scalability, and financial outcomes

Financial Control & Cost Optimization

  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage technology asset costs, forecasting, and chargeback/showback models
  • Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities through license reclamation, asset rationalization, refresh optimization, and demand management
  • Provide executive transparency into asset-related spend, utilization, and value realization

Endpoint, Mobility & Device Management

  • Govern enterprise endpoint management for PCs, laptops, and peripherals
  • Own lifecycle governance for multi-function devices and industrial printers across office and operational environments
  • Lead mobile device management (MDM), ensuring security, compliance, and user experience standards

Risk, Security & Compliance

  • Reduce operational, financial, and cyber risk through strong lifecycle controls and accurate asset visibility
  • Support internal and external audits related to asset governance and compliance

Leadership & Operating Model

  • Build and lead a high-performing endpoint governance team
  • Develop internal expertise while leveraging MSP capacity for scale and specialized execution
  • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms across internal and MSP teams

  • Experience with ITAM/ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, configuration management
