Portfolio Controller

Essential functions:
- Maintain integrity of financial information for assigned portfolio in compliance with GAAP
- Oversee all aspects of client accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensuring quality control for financial reporting and transactions
- Prepare and monitor budget and forecast activities
- Track receivables, obligations, and risks
- Been a team lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related discipline) required; MBA preferred
- CPA (required) or have the test already scheduled
- 4 years of accounting experience required; ideally public accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX
- Knowledge of Yardi is a major plus
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
