Trinity is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support daily HR operations across a multi-location organization. This role partners closely with leadership and plays a key part in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee support
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and open enrollment
- Maintain accurate HRIS data (Workday) and generate reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and support audits and reporting
- Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience
- Workday experience required
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Experience in multi-location or multi-state environments preferred
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or similar) preferred
