Job Title: Picker – Reach Operator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shifts:
1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays, 1-3x monthly)
Pay:
1st Shift: $18/hr
Reach Truck Position Summary:
The Picker – Reach Operator will operate a reach forklift to pull products for kitting and staging, and load products onto trucks for delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow job lists, and experience using RF scanners for product tracking.
Reach Truck Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach forklift to retrieve and move products to the appropriate staging areas.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure products are prepared in a timely manner.
- Use RF Scanner to track product movements and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Reach Truck Requirements:
- Must have Reach Forklift experience.
- Comfortable using shipping/inventory software and RF scanners
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow detailed job lists for parts readiness.
- A strong focus on punctuality, common sense, and a positive attitude is essential.

* Operate industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location.

* Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.
* Operate or tend automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting machines.
* Hook tow trucks to trailer hitches and fasten attachments, such as graders, plows, rollers, or winch cables to tractors, using hitchpins.
* Turn valves and open chutes to dump, spray, or release materials from dump cars or storage bins into hoppers.
