About the Role
Wind Crest is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support workforce scheduling, staffing operations, payroll reporting, and employee communications within its Health Services department.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, supporting workforce operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day staffing processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Scheduling
- Coordinate and adjust employee schedules to meet operational staffing requirements.
- Reorganize schedules based on changing workforce needs.
- Support staffing coverage and workforce planning initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining staffing reports and workforce records.
Payroll & Administrative Support
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports accurately and on time.
- Support payroll administration activities and workforce documentation.
- Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records.
- Assist with administrative processes related to workforce management.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with employees and applicants regarding staffing and payroll matters.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Coordinate information sharing between departments and team members.
- Support employee onboarding and staffing-related processes.
Reporting & Data Management
- Create daily and monthly staffing productivity reports.
- Monitor staffing metrics and workforce data.
- Assist with maintaining open position and staffing status reports.
- Support operational reporting and workforce analysis activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling, staffing, administrative, or secretarial experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using HRIS or workforce management systems such as Kronos, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, or workforce scheduling operations.
- Familiarity with payroll reporting and staffing administration.
- Experience preparing workforce productivity reports.
- Knowledge of scheduling systems and workforce planning processes.
Compensation
Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable organizational guidelines.
