About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and a trusted resource for employees. This role combines people strategy, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and HR operations to help drive organizational effectiveness and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with managers and leadership teams to support organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on team structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Support employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Identify talent gaps and recommend development strategies.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes.
- Support performance improvement plans and coaching initiatives.
- Assist managers with employee development and workplace challenges.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Support compliance with employment-related requirements and company policies.
- Assist with policy development, implementation, and employee communications.
- Support onboarding activities and employee lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams to support hiring initiatives.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Help foster a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes.
- Strong understanding of employment practices and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Technical, or Go-to-Market teams.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple locations.
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes through collaboration and partnership.
- Experience in high-growth organizations.
Compensation
Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 per year
Additional Compensation: Bonus Opportunity
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and business requirements.
